Getting buy in from a community is harder than it sounds. It’s easy to get excited when a bunch of people come to an event, but how do you turn newcomers into brand ambassadors that really care about your mission? That’s the question STA Young Adults came to us asking.

There’s a difference between having a community and creating a tribe. Exalt had a community, but it was struggling to recruit leaders, develop volunteers, and mobilize their user base. Together, we turned Exalt into a tribe that has adopted the Exalt Identity.
