The next generation of leaders will win by being sharper, faster, clearer, and more convicted. That future will not be built by committees. It will be built by founders with something to prove and a real problem to solve.

We were founded with a rebellious spirit and tasked with the mission to break the rules, take the risks, and speak the truth. Our enemies shape us just as much as our friends. We are fueled by our desire to defeat those who hide the truth and to build up those who uncover it. We are not zealots fired by fury.

We are revolutionaries with unwavering beliefs. We built our stronghold for leaders fighting their own revolutions to fix, build, and discover truth. We partner with those who dare to scrap the rule book.

We are Hero Makers.

We help you discover who you truly are. We don’t just see your talents, we uncover your purpose. We help people and organizations discover who they are and guide people into an identity that leads to action. We believe you must know the truth about yourself before you can tell it about others.

We see in you what you may not even see in yourself and we help you discover the core purposes, causes, or beliefs that inspire and motivate you. We will cultivate your strengths and drive you to take risks that are rooted in your unwavering convictions.

Freedom only happens when we are vulnerable with one another. Vulnerability is speaking and listening to the truth, no matter how much it may hurt. We are not afraid to call out insincerity, inauthenticity, or posturing. We don’t accept what’s on the surface; we question it.

True change starts at the foundation, so that's where we start. With vulnerability comes understanding. It's our empathy that cuts through the BS to what really matters. That's why we aren’t afraid to feel, and neither should you be.

We Move Mountains.

We don’t create widgets. We move mountains. We partner with those who start revolutions to make the world better. We fix what’s broken, starting with ourselves. The real mountains are the ones on the inside. That’s why we work with those who confront their fears and limiting beliefs, first in themselves, then in others.

We never ask others to face a challenge we haven’t faced ourselves. We don’t compromise our journey to keep others comfortable.

We Make Merry.

We label ourselves a rebellion, but just as Robin Hood and his merry rebels had their core mission, they weren’t reluctant to celebrate their victories and throw back a pint or two… or 8.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously, and with every action we try to imbue a sense of curiosity and genuine enjoyment. We believe play is deeper than just having fun, it is the heart of living.
