We started by giving Propel’s legacy product a new look — more relaxing to look at, more intuitive layout, and fewer things crowding the user’s attention. Confusing dashboards chocked full of information turned into breathable spaces with clear next steps for the user.

Propel's users needed to find top talent fast. Their most important feature was an AI-powered search that surfaced job candidates instantly from across the web and their own databases. Building this into the core of their application was essential. We designed an end-to-end flow that guided users seamlessly through the AI search experience, all the way through to adding candidates directly to job listings. From there, hiring managers could effortlessly reach out to candidates and get the right person in the role.

Propel required a fully realized mobile experience to match the demands of modern hiring. Recruiters and hiring managers aren't always at their desks, so we designed the entire application mobile-first, ensuring every core function, from candidate search to job listing management, was accessible and intuitive on any device.

The mobile interface was built with the same depth as the desktop experience, with no features sacrificed for the smaller screen. Clean layouts, streamlined navigation, and touch-optimized interactions meant that the full power of Propel's platform was always within reach, wherever the work happened to take place.
