Truthly is a Catholic AI app helping Catholics know, live, and share the truth with confidence.
As the company prepared for a seed round, it was spending thousands each month on marketing while dozens of freelancers touched the brand. The foundation was strong, but the message and visual system needed to become more focused, cohesive, and conversion-ready.
Sherwood Fellows facilitated a light strategy process with the Truthly team, helping them unpack a year of wins, clarify what was already working, and commit more fully to their core audience: Gen Z Catholics. From there, we documented the brand foundation, developed new creative pathways, and designed event materials and app store content to support stronger conversion.
Shortly after the project, a Sherwood Fellows alum was hired internally to oversee and direct marketing. Truthly has since continued to grow, now reporting more than 100,000 downloads and a 4.9-star app rating.
